As you well know as an investor yourself, investors buy on numbers - not whether or not the closet is big enough or the mirror in the bathroom is pretty enough.  Investors buy faster with less conditions and less headache

We are also Pros at dealing with tenants so they feel part of the sale and are very careful to understand that they are your best clients - we treat them how we treat our own.  We try out best to accomodate their schedules yet know what the Residential Tenancy Act requires of them and can remind them of this if they try to hinder the sale of the property.  Sounds crazy but in our experience, we have not yet had a tenant be uncooperative once we butter them up.  Depending on the profile, that may be a dozen beer or a nice bottle of scotch, either way, we've always had great results ;)

We truly believe noone can expose your property to more buyers than we can.  If its a family home that is for sale, we'll market to families like any other realtor would and could, as well as investors - the more exposure, the better.
