Warren Pratt

Warren comes to the team with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario.  He started investing in Real Estate in 2008 and together with Joint Venture partners was able to acquire a considerable portfolio of properties across the country.  His Investment REALTOR® in Edmonton was Corey Young and he was very happy with his Edmonton properties. His interest in Real Estate extended to becoming a REALTOR® but for the first few years, his focus and energy needed to be on investing.

After seeing how much better his Edmonton properties were doing than his other properties in other provinces, Warren decided to become a REALTOR® himself and knew there was no other place for him to invest and help other Investors than Edmonton.  In 2011 Warren moved to Edmonton and shortly after, joined the AlbertaOnFire Investor Team. He is in the best position to know what an Investor, buying in the current market conditions, from afar, needs and wants.

He enjoys spending time with his wife Amanda, his kids, travelling and staying active. He and Amanda also enjoy fine food, is an avid cook at home, and is always looking for the next best restaurant in town. 

Luc Cote

Luc started pursuing his career in real estate at the age of 21. As a licenced REALTOR®, he strives to help others reach their investment goals, no matter how big or small. He is just getting started on his personal investment portfolio.

Known for his quality work and attention to detail, Luc will make sure your investing experience is taken care of from start to finish. His easy going and truthful nature supports clients in making smart, informed and unemotional decisions when acquiring properties. With his sports background, Luc understands the importance of teamwork and believes the Alberta On Fire Investor Team is equipped with the perfect combination of experienced and knowledgeable professionals willing to service anyone in successfully purchasing their next property.

When he is not busy at work, Luc makes sure to spend quality time with his wife Jess, as well as his friends and family. He loves to play hockey, golf and ski in the mountains. He volunteers his time coaching youth hockey and believes in a balanced lifestyle of work and play. 

Chelsea Foster

A REALTOR® in Edmonton since 2011, she's made the transition into Investment Real Estate with the AlbertaOnFire Investor Team. Always having an interest in investing but not sure how to, became a thing of the past as she now owns 8 Properties both on her own and as the working partner in Joint Venture relationships (*note: we did not fund any of Chelsea's deals...she went out and approached her circle of influence and raised the cash absolutely independently!).

She knows exactly what it feels like to be starting. Chelsea's attention to detail and easy going nature is a perfect complement to the many "A Types" on this team.  Her background in both traditional and web savvy marketing and her strong administrative skills keep this team doing the best job they can.  Her ability to pick up and handle any and everything that comes along gives the rest of the Team the ability to focus on getting down to the nitty gritty of what each investor is needing for their individual Investment portfolio. Chelsea then follows through on the details, to make sure it all happens.

When she isn't scouring Pinterest, or experimenting with new recipes, she's planning their next big adventure.  Her fondest childhood memories come from the annual family trips they always took and she has continued to feed this "addiction" to travel with new and exciting trips always in the works.

Stephen Jones

Stephen has worked within the public sector in Ontario for 18 years. He became a licensed Realtor in Ontario in 2012. He joined the Real Estate Investment Network in 2013 and he met our team at the Authentic Canadian Real Estate event. He began strategic investing with Alberta On Fire Investor Team buying cash flowing properties in the Edmonton area.  After having such a great experience with Corey, Tiffany, Warren and Chelsea it only felt right for him to become part the team.  

He wanted to use real estate investments as a vehicle to free himself from the rat race he was stuck in. For the first while, he purchased properties out of convenience. It worked, but he knew there had to be a better way. He educated himself by reading dozens of well known Real Estate Investing books. Currently invests in both Ontario and Alberta and enjoys his involvement at various Real Estate Investing network events. 

When he isn't spending his time educating investors on their path to financial freedom, he likes to spend time with his wife Erin and their three kids Madeline, Mateo, and Chase. Together they visit their cottage and spend their days reading, traveling, camping, hiking, fishing.

Edmonton born and raised (“and where he spent most of his days”), Kevin is prairie boy mixed with a little island flavor courtesy of his Caribbean roots. Growing up, his family struggled financially which was a driving force behind Kevin’s decision to pursue a career that would allow him to help people reach their financial goals while still living within their means. Kevin has worked numerous professions in his journey towards real estate: manager of a cell phone store, student recruitment and a new home consultant for a builder.  He understands new construction and how they are a great option for a strong return on investment for our clients and his experience in finding the right suited properties for investors will make him an integral part of the AOF and IOF teams.

When Kevin isn’t working hard on ensuring a smooth transaction for his clients, he enjoys many activities on his downtime.  An avid Oilers fan, if there’s an Oilers game, there’s a pretty good chance season ticket holder Kevin is there. He’s also a huge football fan, loves to golf, play video games, and take in a movie, or two. He also tries to make as much time as he can for his very patient and understanding girlfriend who shares him very generously with his Real Estate passion.

Shane Nagorski

Shane has been in a Business Development role in the construction and Real Estate industry for over 15 years. He has specialized in the evaluation of income generating Real Estate for investors,

He has applied his experience in building envelope and building science consulting to help many home builders in Western Canada. From small custom home builders to large production builders, Shane has worked with all size home builders to help find solutions in their building envelope challenges.

Shane’s strengths are in helping develop process, strategy and recognizing new market opportunities with in a business. As Vice-President of Sales and Marketing he helped developed systems and direction for one such company to allow revenue growth of 460% in 3 years. He also quarterbacked the development and expansion of this company into 2 more cities over 5 years.

Shane has managed a sales team in new modular commercial, and residential home sales in both retail, and business-to-business relationships to volumes of 150 units/year.
While managing this, he was also involved with product and marketing development of highly progressive housing projects that have demonstrated near zero energy usage on net annual basis. Shane has a passion for sustainable housing.

Shane has been involved with senior project management as a subcontractor in many commercial projects including LEED certified provincial projects in Manitoba, the Edmonton International Airport, and many commercial and internationally franchised retail stores. Additionally, he has been in a General Management role over seeing 50+ employees.

He has developed strong loyal contacts with in the residential housing, land development, commercial and industrial real estate and property management company networks in Western Canada.

In his spare time Shane loves spending time with his wealth of friends and family, keeping healthy and physically fit, and striving everyday to be a better leader in all aspects of his life!
