Warren has been a full time real estate investor since 2008. His portfolio has included various student rental buildings and an array of single family dwellings. Professionally, he has been a high volume REALTOR® in the Edmonton area since 2011 working exclusively with investors. Warren is a specialist in new construction investment properties and has been recognized on several occasions for his work in this field. His background comes with experience in finance and a degree from Western University. As the owner of The Alberta On Fire Investor Team he takes great pride in running his own business and has assembled a very talented group of realtors on his team. Warren has a passion to make real estate investing simple for everyone and truly values the flexibility it has created in his life. Chelsea bought her first home at 20 and started her real estate career at 23. She always had an interest in real estate investing but like most, she didn’t know where to start! After finding the right contacts and education she now owns several properties both on her own and as the working partner in Joint Venture relationships. Now Chelsea finds a lot of fulfillment in using her own experiences to help her clients build a plan and reach their investment goals!

Chelsea’s personal and favorite time is spent with her husband Justin and their young son Rhodes. Chelsea also spends a lot of time doing projects around the house, watching tv (its the golden age of television people!), and undoubtedly planning some sort of themed party.
Stephen has worked within the public sector in Ontario for 18 years. He became a licensed Realtor in Ontario in 2012. He joined the Real Estate Investment Network in 2013 and he met our team at the Authentic Canadian Real Estate event. He began strategic investing with Alberta On Fire Investor Team buying cash flowing properties in the Edmonton area. After having such a great experience with Corey, Tiffany, Warren and Chelsea it only felt right for him to become part the team.
He wanted to use real estate investments as a vehicle to free himself from the rat race he was stuck in. For the first while, he purchased properties out of convenience. It worked, but he knew there had to be a better way. He educated himself by reading dozens of well known Real Estate Investing books. Currently invests in both Ontario and Alberta and enjoys his involvement at various Real Estate Investing network events.
When he isn't spending his time educating investors on their path to financial freedom, he likes to spend time with his wife Erin and their three kids Madeline, Mateo, and Chase. Together they visit their cottage and spend their days reading, traveling, camping, hiking, fishing.

Edmonton born and raised (“and where he spent most of his days”), Kevin is prairie boy mixed with a little island flavor courtesy of his Caribbean roots. Growing up, his family struggled financially which was a driving force behind Kevin’s decision to pursue a career that would allow him to help people reach their financial goals while still living within their means. Kevin has worked numerous professions in his journey towards real estate: manager of a cell phone store, student recruitment and a new home consultant for a builder. He understands new construction and how they are a great option for a strong return on investment for our clients and his experience in finding the right suited properties for investors will make him an integral part of the AOF and IOF teams.
When Kevin isn’t working hard on ensuring a smooth transaction for his clients, he enjoys many activities on his downtime. An avid Oilers fan, if there’s an Oilers game, there’s a pretty good chance season ticket holder Kevin is there. He’s also a huge football fan, loves to golf, play video games, and take in a movie, or two. He also tries to make as much time as he can for his very patient and understanding girlfriend who shares him very generously with his Real Estate passion.

Shane has been in a Business Development role in the construction and Real Estate industry for over 15 years. He has specialized in the evaluation of income generating Real Estate for investors,
He has applied his experience in building envelope and building science consulting to help many home builders in Western Canada. From small custom home builders to large production builders, Shane has worked with all size home builders to help find solutions in their building envelope challenges.
Shane’s strengths are in helping develop process, strategy and recognizing new market opportunities with in a business. As Vice-President of Sales and Marketing he helped developed systems and direction for one such company to allow revenue growth of 460% in 3 years. He also quarterbacked the development and expansion of this company into 2 more cities over 5 years.
Shane has managed a sales team in new modular commercial, and residential home sales in both retail, and business-to-business relationships to volumes of 150 units/year.
